Rivergoose Records provides phone and email support as a free bonus to customers of the Stillpoint Piano Method. Our phone number and support email address is listed on the Stillpoint Piano website.

Shipping

For CD orders from the Rivergoose Records catalogue, there is a $2.00 shipping and handling fee for each item ordered. On occasion multiple items are shipped in one order to minimize shipping costs. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Standard rates apply.

The Stillpoint Piano Method educational program is only available in a download format from the Stillpoint web-site. Therefore, there are no shipping fees associated with this product.

Our 30-Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with the Stillpoint Piano Method. If you are not completely satisfied with the Stillpoint program after 30 days, send us a request and we will refund your purchase. There is a 10% processing fee on all refunds. We get very few returns, but when we do, they are handled promptly and courteously.

Changes to Site

Rivergoose Records and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. Rivergoose Records may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.

Restriction of Liability

Rivergoose Records makes no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of its resources and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents therein.

Miscellaneous

This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Rivergoose Records failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any legal action or proceeding between Rivergoose Records and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction venue in Oregon.
